Sales Executive

Job Description I am working with a well-established bathroom company who are expanding due to success of their product and are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team in Lisburn. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic and dedicated team while providing sales and customer support to customers across Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer and trade enquiries via telephone, email, and website in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth processing and delivery of sales orders.Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, discrepancies, and suitable alternative products when required.Provide internal sales support to field sales representatives and deliver ongoing product and after-sales support to customers.Key RequirementsAt least one years experience in a similar roleStrong ability to work independently, use initiative, and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Professional and friendly telephone manner with strong customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
