Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Mallusk to recruit an office-based Sales Account ManagerThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Responsibilities:Strengthen relationships with clients via telephone in-house at their facility in MalluskQualify sales leads utilising reporting and analytic toolsEnsure customer satisfaction and follow upCommunicate service issues to Department Managers/SupervisorsIdentify opportunities and grow business from existing house accounts.Continually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost-effective operations.Be dedicated to the success of the company and the program using ethical business practices, personal commitment, passion & sacrifice, and an obsession with the fundamental details of running the businessRole will be office based but will eventually incorporate being out on the fieldCriteriaEducated to min GCSE - must include English and MathsMinimum two years sales / account management experienceAbility to create/write customer requirements clearly for use by other employees.Required to learn internal operating systemsStrong PC skills - word and excelDemonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills. xjdpvnf High customer focus and personalityConfident and ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlinesHave ability to take complete charge and accountability for the account reporting to the Operations ManagerDrivers licence is requiredSalary will depend on background - Please send CV to Colleen Farquharson via the linkBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
