Telesales Executive

Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting several Telesales Executives for a client based in Belfast City Centre. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers across a wide spectrum of industries in the UK, and you will be selling, and cross-selling products and services, Working for a highly reputable company will give you the training and confidence to make and close the sale. Telephone sales experience is essential for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Making outbound calls to prospective customers, selling, cross-selling and up-selling the clients products and services Building professional relationships with customers Providing excellent customer service Working to and achieving telesales targets and KPI`s PERSON SPECIFICATION Previous outbound telesales experience is ideal but people with sales experience from other areas will be considered Experience of asking open and probing questions An ambitious and charismatic individual who is self-motivated and resilient Strong communication skills Be target orientated and self-motivated Be comfortable working towards KPI`s and targets PACKAGE AND BENEFITS Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 34 after 4 years Salary 29k with uncapped commission Top performers earning circa 50,000 - 80,000 Modern work environment with daily dress-down policy Comprehensive training plan Career progression opportunities (93% of current management promoted internally) Pension and life insurance If interested, please send your CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply link Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
