Job Description We are working with an international law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Lawyer to join their Real Estate team. The firm are also interested in those seeking to return to NI.The Role:The successful candidate will join an international Real Estate team, working with a diverse client base across a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, retail, healthcare and more.The Associate will advise on several real estate issues including real estate finance, construction, acquisitions, disposals, development, and energy, while also drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.
