This is a role for someone who wants genuine varietyranging from historic restoration projects to modern commercial fit-outs across Northern Ireland.The RoleYou wont be stuck behind a desk all week. Youll be out in the field, managing your own portfolio of work and building direct relationships with clients.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting detailed building pathology and defect analysis.Preparing Schedules of Dilapidations and negotiating settlements.Acting as Contract Administrator and Lead Consultant on refurbishment projects.Carrying out Pre-Acquisition Surveys and Due Diligence for commercial investors.Managing Party Wall matters and insurance reinstatement assessments.RequirementsThey are specifically looking for someone with roughly 3 years of post-university experience.
