Your new role Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service. Oversee the full property management processfrom movein to moveout. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions. Build strong relationships with clients and tenants through clear, professional communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures. Work toward key performance targets and contribute to overall team success What you'll need to succeed At least 1 years experience in property management, lettings, or property sales. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive problemsolver with initiative, resilience, and a handson approach to challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional, peoplecentred mindset.
