Real Estate Solicitor

We are working with an international company who are looking to hire a real estate solicitor (E/W). The Role: The successful candidate will join a dynamic and passionate team, advising on a diverse range on real estate matters, including development, client review processes, and drafting and negotiating legal documentation, such as leases, licenses, and acquisitions. The candidate will play a key role in advising a broad client base of national and international clients on a range of real estate matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships. Essential Criteria: NQ 5 PQE; England & Wales qualification essential; Strong background in real estate and commercial property matters; Strong academics; Demonstrable commercial awareness; Technically excellent; Negotiation skills; Supervisory skills; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
