Job DescriptionHoneycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established Property Management company to aid in the search for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Belfast team.Your Package/BenefitsCompetitive base salary - 30,000 - 33,000 (dependant on experience)Excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing property company20 days holiday + 5 statutory days + extra day off for your birthday0.5 days holiday for each out of hours AGM that takes placePension schemeMonday to Thursday 9am to 5pm with one hour lunchFriday 9am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes lunchQualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience working within the property sector(Essential)Previous experience in a managerial position handling complaint (Essential)The RoleOversee daily management of the property portfolio, focusing on customer satisfaction.Proactively address customer issues and concerns.Schedule introductory meetings with new proprietors to: Clarify services offeredSet and manage expectations.Develop and manage budgets for each property.Engage with Management Company Officers and residents.Attend AGM and other development meetings as required.Liaise with Management Company Officers and proprietors to maintain standards.Familiarise with legal obligations related to the development portfolio.Advise owners of significant expenditures and seek approval from residents.Manage communication (calls, emails, correspondence) in a timely, professional manner.Ensure accurate and timely billing for owners.Adhere to current systems and procedures consistently.Maintain and update customer records.Upload pertinent information to the websiteRaise job orders for contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper insurance.Maintain accurate and organised files and development records.Manage keys for each development, coordinating contractor access.Supervise contractor relationships to ensure compliance with standards.Collaborate with management to suggest improvements for departmental efficiency.Support department in achieving company objectives.Conduct regular site inspections.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Caoimhe at Honeycomb on 02890131228If you have a disability which means you require assistance at any stage of the recruitment process, please contact us directly to discuss.Honeycomb is committed to providing equality of opportunity to all.Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
