Job DescriptionJob: Product OwnerLocation: Belfast (hybrid option of 1 day in office per week)Salary: 55k - 65k Kura is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Product Owner for an innovative, forward thinking Agri-tech company as we continue to build a best-in-class Software Lab in Belfast.Youll be joining at an exciting stage, working at the intersection of machinery, robotics, and software - helping customers who manage multi-site operations gain more time, control, and real-time insights, all while enhancing animal wellbeing.Job: Product Owner You will work in a cross-functional team developing cutting-edge farm management software that supports smarter, data-driven decisions in the agricultural sector. Youll collaborate closely with product, developers, and system architects to define features, shape the roadmap, and deliver innovative digital solutions for global farming operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for product-related topics within the development teamTranslate customer and business needs into clear user stories and use casesPrioritise and manAage the product backlog, aligning it with strategic goals and stakeholder inputCoordinate feature development and ensure smooth collaboration across teamsAnalyse requirements, manage trade-offs, and ensure product decisions meet business and user objectivesWhat were seeking in candidates?Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within an agile software development environmentDegree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (Agricultural Sciences is a bonus)Experience leading or collaborating with software development teams as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product role is an advantageExcellent communication, organization, and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plusThis is the chance to join an incredibly exciting company to land in Belfast with a great function already in place.Sounding good?Apply via the below link or reach out to Stephen at [email protected]
