With strong investment and ambitious plans to triple loan volumes over the next 12 months, the business is scaling rapidly and building out its product offering, with new lines of credit and future launches on the horizon.We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to join the Market & Pricing function, working closely with the team to drive growth through broker partnerships, lead generation, and pricing strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping customer acquisition and product development, with real scope to take ownership and influence direction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage relationships with third-party brokers and lead generation partnersSupport pricing decisions and performance analysis against commercial targetsProvide insight, reporting, and recommendations to optimise growth channelsContribute to product expansion initiatives (e.g., credit lines, cards)Lead on data-driven projects, including A/B testing and acquisition strategySKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:SQLExperience within the finance sector is required.Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation and reportingConfidence in providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholdersKnowledge of growth and organic channels is beneficialAPPLY: Send an email to [email protected] to register your interest.
