We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who’s confident, professional, and results-driven to join our team. You’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and support creative direction, strategy, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns Report on KPIs with a focus on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate Guide creative and copy development based on data Manage budgets confidently across multiple accounts Test new platforms and ad types (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Work closely with clients and internal team members Work to be at the leading edge of experience in paid advertising What Are We Looking For:3+ years of hands-on paid media experience Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms Strong communication skills Strategic thinker with attention to detail Comfortable in a hybrid work environment Additional ad platforms knowledge an advantage e.g. TikTok What Do We Offer:Pay of between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. 20 days of annual leave + Northern Ireland statutory holidays.
