Application Deadline:25 July 2025Department:CSG - Casualty (EL/PL / CAT PI / Disease / Fraud / Motor / Credit Hire)Employment Type:PermanentLocation:BelfastDescription We are looking for a number of Paralegals to join our market-leading CSG team that works with over 40 insurance companies and self-insured corporates.Our team specializes in Motor Injury, EL/PL, Professional Negligence, Medical Negligence, and Employment law. These roles will cover a number of these areas.This role is based in Belfast on a permanent basis, requiring presence in the office 5 times a week.What you will do?RoleYou will provide a timely, professional, and high-quality service to our clients in managing claims. With support from a supervisor and team manager, you will be expected to: Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated or litigated work. Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients upon receiving instructions. Review instructions and advise clients on case prospects. Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation within client service standards. Instruct experts and counsel, draft Witness Statements, and other Court documents. Maintain contact with clients and their customers, proactively managing expectations. Meet individual performance measures (financial performance, realization rates, and KPIs).
