This role is ideal for an experienced leader in general insurance who combines strong people management with commercial acumen. You'll take ownership of the branch's performance, guiding the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving revenue growth through retention, cross-sales, and new client wins. You'll also help shape and implement the wider regional strategy, while keeping a sharp eye on risk and compliance. As the senior local figure, you'll inspire and support the team to deliver great client outcomes and meet key financial goals.
