Job Description MPA recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant, based in our Belfast Branch.The successful candidate will work within a high performing recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewingLead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and direct outreachDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experienceEnsure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment processManage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the company.Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity.Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements.Work towards team targets set.Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs.Key Skills and Experience:At least 1 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced environmentPassion to succeed and be part of a high performing teamComfortable contributing within a fast-paced target driven environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong administration skillsStrong team working skills with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting careerBenefitsMPA Recruitment, a distinguished Investors in People Gold organisation, sets the gold standard for leading, supporting, and managing people effectively, ensuring sustainable results.
