Some of your main responsibilities may include:Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to rolesIdentify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challengesManage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and Clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offersBe bold and curious, developing specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customers marketTake accountability for meeting targets and delivering your monetary goals that contribute to the growth and profitability of HaysBe part of a vibrant and inclusive culture that cheers on progress by celebrating personal and team performanceWho are we looking for?Youll be ambitious, pushing outside your comfort zone and willing to experiment.
