Key Responsibilities Manage senior-level recruitment assignments within the Accountancy & Finance space (typically 60k+ salaries). Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior finance professionals. Work directly alongside senior leadership to shape and deliver executive search strategies. About You Experience : 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with a track record in senior/executive-level hires. Sector Knowledge : Background in finance and accounting recruitment strongly preferred. Approach : Professional, consultative, and credible when working with senior-level candidates and clients.
