Your Responsibilities- Candidate management:Sourcing top talent within our market, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement Building rapport:Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients Generating leads:cold calling potential clients, generating business leads and emphasising MCS Group's value and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
