Job DescriptionEmployment Solicitor (2 to 4 years PQE) - Belfast (Hybrid) - Global Law FirmAre you an employment solicitor interested in taking the next step in your career? Conekt Legal is currently partnering with a top 10 global law firm to recruit an employment solicitor into their growing employment team. This is an exciting opportunity that will give the employment solicitor exposure to high quality, varied and interesting work with an exciting client base of leading international clients across a broad range of sectors to include financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, transport, consumer and retail. This role would suit a qualified solicitor with 2 to 4 year's PQE gained specialising in employment. Why this role? High quality work with an impressive global client base of top international companiesExposure to global projects and multijurisdictional matters and complex litigation Newly created team with lots of scope for career progressionThe RoleThe employment solicitor will work on the full range of employment advisory, matters and project based work. this will include;dealing with a broad range of employment litigation matters to include tribunal processes dealing with a wide range of employment litigation and advisory work to include unfair dissmisal claims, whistleblowing, equal pay dealing with large scale investigations to include grievances and whistleblowing etcdealing with large scale multijurisdictional projects to include large scale equal pay reviews, restructuring etcAdvising on redundancy procedures Working on any corporate support projects You will be!
