Job DescriptionPart-time HR Manager opportunity - BelfastMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic technology-driven business in Belfast as they look to add a newly created part-time HR Manager to their team on a permanent basis.The Role:The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR. You will drive initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organisational development.
