Job DescriptionPart-time HR Manager opportunity - BelfastMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic technology-driven business in Belfast as they look to add a newly created part-time HR Manager to their team on a permanent basis.The Role:The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR. You will drive initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organisational development. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be instrumental in creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.The main responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategiesLead onboarding, performance cycles, and learning & development programmesSupport senior leadership on culture, workforce planning and successionAdvise on employee relations matters and handle conflict resolutionOversee compensation reviews, benchmarking, and benefitsMaintain and enhance HR policies and ensure legal complianceMonitor HR metrics and use data to improve processesManage HR systems and employee recordsThe ideal candidate:Broad HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced industryProven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and performance managementSolid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesCIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferredConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsExperience managing both permanent and contractor workforcesWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary up to 45k (FTE)Part-time hours.Flexible working.Enhanced annual leave.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Rebekah Mulligan, Senior HR Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group on 02896 205148Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
