Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region / business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support & bonuses and more.Role Title: Graduate Building SurveyorStart Date: September 2026Location: BelfastTypical duties:A variety of duties involving surveying and project workAssisting senior team members with designs and surveysBuilding pathology assessmentsProducing reports and drawingsScheduling maintenance work and support contract procurement and project managementWorking with colleagues who are experts in their field, discovering how to develop cutting edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets and use specialist softwareClient and Stakeholder liaisonQualifications/skillsA minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant technical disciplineWorking knowledge of REVIT or AutoCADMS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivatedFull, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicleApplication Closing Date: 31st October 2025Assessment Centre to be held: Early February 2026We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
