Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Performing inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities.Verifying compliance with design specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.Providing guidance and support to operators when needed.Monitoring and maintaining the Delegated Operator Scheme.Preparing clear technical reports to highlight drawing, tooling, or process concerns.Collaborating flexibly across teams to support operational performance. What You'll BringEssential Experience & SkillsA recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.At least 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience within an aerospace, manufacturing, assembly or tooling environment.Strong understanding of quality control requirements.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications confidently.Good communication skills and a working knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices.DesirableONC, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications.Experience with 3D metrology systems.
