This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual who enjoys working closely with Financial Advisers and producing high-quality, compliant advice documentation.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers by carrying out detailed research, analysing client circumstances, and preparing clear, accurate financial planning reports aligned to clients objectives.This role also offers structured training and development support with an option to progress towards advising available in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce comprehensive, compliant financial planning reports for advisers to present to clientsConduct technical research on products, providers, and planning solutionsSupport advisers with client reviews, queries, and ongoing servicing requirementsAct as a point of contact for day-to-day client and adviser support queriesPrepare client review packs and obtain illustrations as requiredKeep up to date with financial planning legislation, products, compliance requirements and industry developmentsKey RequirementsPrevious experience within a Financial Advice / Wealth Management firmStrong paraplanning and report-writing experience is essentialDiploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) is desirable, though not essential.Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectivelyHigh attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, well-structured reports and correspondenceBenefitsHybrid Working AvailableSupport and funding for professional industry qualificationsUp to 30 days annual leave with holiday purchase (plus bank holidays)Exam SupportLife assurance and pension schemeClear progression opportunities, including the option to progress into an Adviser role
