To support the Director of Finance, Audit and Assurance to set the direction for the Unit and lead the delivery of an effective and efficient whistleblowing and fraud investigation service for the Housing Executive. You will lead from the front in ensuring a robust Policy framework is in place to deal with whistleblowing and fraud effectively and ensure the delivery of a professional, proactive and customer orientated approach in support of Housing Executive objectives.ResponsibilitiesTo provide leadership and oversight of complex investigations, ensuring they are conducted to the highest professional, ethical and legal standards.To ensure effective governance frameworks are in place to support transparency, accountability and compliance with statutory obligations.To lead and direct the investigative service, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Skills and QualificationsPost Graduate Diploma or equivalent Level 7 relevant qualification (e.g. Investigations, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, Fraud or Whistleblowing) ORCan demonstrate equivalent underpinning knowledge which must include a relevant Level 6 qualification plus continuing professional development e.g. accreditation with a relevant professional body.Further InformationFor full list of responsibilities, essential & desirable skills, please see Candidate Information Pack on employer's website by following the Apply Direct button.You will be based at 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PB.
