Job DescriptionEnso Recruitment is working in partnership with one of NIs fastest growing software teams to recruit for a Technical Program Manager. This is a wide-ranging role that will incorporate an understanding of products, features, interactions, utilisation, configurations, customer deployments, services, architecture and roadmap determinations.The Role Collaborate with Heads of Delivery, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and engineering teams across the businessUnderstand delivery structures, team capacity, and organisational setupGain insight into product capabilities and services across multiple customersSupport prioritisation of delivery plans with input from customers, engineering, and business teamsMaintain awareness of customer deployments, including site and sensor coverageIdentify delivery options based on feature requirements and available resourcesCoordinate with engineering leads and teams on project and product executionAlign with product teams to track feature status scope, quality, and readinessEnsure clear, timely communication across all stakeholdersSupport estimation of delivery timelines and associated costsOwn and manage high-level delivery plans and track/report progressDrive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processesThe Person Degree level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience10 + years of experience in a software, product or engineering delivery roleExperience in engaging with internal and external customers and stakeholdersProject or Product Management experienceExperienced in at least one of the main cloud technologies (AWS is preferred)Experience of Agile Scrum, Lean or Kanban using JIRA, or similar agile tracking toolsStrong communication skillsSalary PackageSalary: Up to 70kShare OptionsHealthcarePensionFlexible WorkingTo be considered for this or similar opportunities, reach out to Enso Recruitment today!
