Based in Belfast , you'll take ownership of sales performance, team development, and operational standards. Regional Manger Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Cluster Managers to meet sales and customer experience targets Analyse sales and stock performance, implementing action plans for underperforming areas Ensure high standards across all stores in merchandising, visuals, and compliance Recruit, train, and develop store teams, with a focus on succession planning Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, HR) to drive business objectives Why Join Us?
