This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst Practice Lead to shape and mature the BA function within a growing Belfast-based team that supports international operations. You’ll play a central role in defining and promoting best-in-class analysis practices, mentoring a talented team of BAs, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and standards.The RoleAs BA Practice Lead, you'll focus on practice leadership, not just delivery.
