The role is based in Belfast with some work from home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting to senior management.QualificationsFinancial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis skillsExperience in preparing financial statements, managing cashflow and managing regulatory complianceStrong knowledge of CIS, VAT, and project costingStrong strategic planning and investment analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and collaboratively3+ years finance experience in the property or construction industryAccounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable Interested?Email [email protected] deadline: 4pm Thursday 10th July 2025
