Job Description Seeking Your Next PMO Opportunity? Location: Belfast Role: Senior PMO Rate: 380/day (Umbrella) Duration: 5 months with potential to extend3 DAYS ON SITE, 2 FROM HOME PER WEEK.Background:Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related to the 2020 Consent Order. The PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by:Provide project management assistance, including:Tracking and organizing project documentationScheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutesAssisting with submission of updates to meet reporting requirementsCoordinating project activities across stakeholdersMaintaining project plans, status reports, and RAID logsOver time, contribute to more advanced project functions such as:Identifying and resolving issues and risksTracking and managing project dependenciesPlanning and facilitating working group meetingsMaintain and monitor testing and performance metrics:Daily UAT test result reportsKey KPIs including execution and pass ratesTrade inventory bookingsDefect discovery ratesProgress burndown charts Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in PMO roles within banking, ideally investment.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
