We are partnering with a prestigious global law firm, operating across more than 30 countries, to recruit aDocument Services Supervisor . Work Pattern:Hybrid working model: 3 days in the modern Belfast city centre office and 2 days remote Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (including 1-hour lunch break) Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary with room for negotiation Clear paths for career progression Comprehensive benefits from a world-class employer Role Overview:As the Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the Document Verification team, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a key role in motivating and managing the team to achieve both individual and collective goals. Key Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day team activities to ensure smooth and accurate document verification processesConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-to-one sessions to set objectives and review progressManage employee training programs, tracking development and coaching to enhance skillsMonitor team performance closely, addressing issues swiftly and implementing corrective measures when necessaryLead initiatives to improve operational processes and increase efficiencyCollaborate with internal departments, clients, and external partners to guarantee timely, high-quality service deliveryTroubleshoot operational challenges and escalate critical problems as appropriateProvide support to other operational roles to maintain business continuityWork closely with Document Experts to resolve complex technical queries and guide your team accordinglyEnsure smooth handovers between shifts through effective communicationManage multi-departmental projects within the Document Services functionEncourage ongoing learning through training sessions and shadowing opportunitiesCandidate Profile:Proven leadership experience within a professional services or related environmentStrong commitment to delivering excellent client serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levelsComfortable operating under pressure with tight deadlines, ideally with exposure to 24/7 operationsHighly organised, able to prioritise competing demands effectivelyEnthusiastic about continuous improvement and adopting innovative approachesFor further information on this vacancy, or any other jobs in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves via VANRATH in the strictest confidence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
