As a Senior Pensions Administrator in the Pensions Administration Training Academy at Isio, you will play a crucial role in helping to implement a comprehensive training programme for new trainees. Your focus will be to ensure that your team develop theskills, knowledge, practical experience and confidence to perform to the highest standards in pensions administration roles at Isio. You will act as a mentor, trainer, and ensure adherence to our quality framework, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. You will ensure the trainees output is accurate and timely, processing pension scheme tasks whilst ensuring compliancewith regulatory requirements and SLAs. You will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain Isio’s reputation as a trusted partner in pensions administration and driving operational excellence, whilst supporting your team of trainees in their professional development journey with Isio. This role will ideally be based in our Belfast office with a hybrid workstyle, but we can consider another office location for the right candidate.
