The legal secretary role is based in Belfast City Centre for 4 or 5 days per week and you will be joining a friendly team of support staff who maintain the highest of standards of client care in all that they do. For a highly experienced litigation secretary, part time hours may be discussed. EssentialYou must have previous legal secretarial experience in civil litigation Plaintiff is ideal.Strong typing and organisation skills, audio dictation, file management, diarising, meeting and client management experience should come as standard as should your ability to integrate well into an established team.What will I be doing in this new role?In your role as a legal secretary you will support the main fee earners and senior partners leading the litigation department, to carry out their work more efficiently and accurately by assisting them with their administrative caseload.
