Job Description PurposeThis is a full-time administrator role in a financial adviser practice in the East of Belfast, supporting 2 advisers.We are looking for a motivated, experienced financial services administrator/paraplanner to provide full back office support.ResponsibilitiesObtaining accurate policy information and preparation of data for client meetingsManage with provider application process from submission to completion, maintaining communication with all partiesPreparation of correspondence including letters and emails to clientsPreparation of client review letters and reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and prepare of accompanying documentation as requiredDrafting of simple new business reports of clients for approval by the Financial AdviserUploading case documentation for compliance checking onto our CRM, Intelligent OfficeAnswering the phoneScan incoming postGeneral admin duties as requiredAd hoc client projectsKnowledgeA good level of relevant experience in Financial Services, minimum 2 yearsPrevious experience of Intelligent Office an advantageQualificationsYou may have relevant qualifications e.g. Financial Administration etcYou may be studying the Chartered Insurance Institute RO examinationsSkills/Other relevant informationExcellent verbal/written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills when dealing with both adviser and client queries to ensure a consistent standard of serviceEye for detail to maintain accuracy on client recordsStrong Microsoft office skills Word, Excel & PowerPointPossess strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
