Our team partners closely with leading AI labs, GenAI-native companies, and advanced technology organizations to help them build safer, more reliable, and more trustworthy AI systems.Our work spans the full AI lifecycle - from pre-deployment model evaluation and red teaming to runtime safeguards and continuous risk monitoring. Due to the sensitive nature of our customers and engagements, we operate with a high degree of discretion.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced GenAI Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition and expansion across a portfolio of AI safety and security services. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for new GenAI and LLM-focused customers, partnering closely with technical and delivery teams to position our services as long-term, strategic solutions.You will engage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and executive leadership, guiding them through complex, consultative sales processes in a fast-moving and highly technical environment.This role is well suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands how to sell services-led offerings, and is excited to work with frontier AI organizations.What You’ll Do:Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new GenAI and LLM-native customersEngage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and leadership teamsLead discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, technical context, and risk profilesPosition AI safety, security, red teaming, model evaluation, and post-training data services as strategic solutionsCollaborate closely with solutions and delivery teams during pre-sales to scope programs and shape proposalsDrive deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations through closeMaintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecastingWhy This OpportunitySell into some of the most advanced and influential AI organizations globallyPlay a direct role in shaping how next-generation AI models are evaluated and safeguardedJoin a high-performing, low-ego team operating at the cutting edge of AI risk and safetyWork in a rapidly growing market with meaningful impact and long-term upsideWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally within AI, ML, security, or technical servicesProven ability to close complex, high-value deals with technical customersExperience selling consultative, services-led offerings rather than purely transactional SaaSStrong discovery, qualification, and stakeholder management skillsComfort engaging senior, highly technical audiences without needing to be hands-onSelf-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environmentsFamiliarity with GenAI, LLMs, or AI safety concepts is a strong advantage
