International Sales Director – EMEAPreferred Location: United Kingdom or Europe (Remote/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-TimeCPaT Global is hiring an International Sales Director – EMEA to drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing airline and aviation training accounts, and delivering recurring revenue growth within a defined quota structure.What You’ll DoDevelop and close new business across the EMEA regionGrow recurring revenue within existing airline and aviation training accountsManage an exclusive sales territory and assigned customer portfolioExecute enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including renewals and multi-year contractsGenerate and qualify new commercial leads to support pipeline growthMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene in SalesforcePartner closely with regional and executive sales leadership to execute territory strategyRepresent CPaT at customer meetings, industry events, and trade showsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in aviation or training technologyProven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targetsStrong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce preferred)Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-drivenAbility to work across international time zonesWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as requiredSales Target$96,000 in New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)$8,000 in New ARR per monthCompensationBase Salary and commission plan commensurate with sales experience.Why CPaT GlobalCPaT Global is a leading aviation training technology company supporting more than 400 airlines and training organizations worldwide.
