Job DescriptionSales Manager UK – NewPower TrucksDepartment: Sales – NewPower TrucksLocation: Home-based with regular travel across the UKReports To: UK Trucks Sales ManagerContract Type: PermanentStart Date: November/December 2025Job PurposeThis is a newly created role to support the business plan for NewPower Trucks. The Sales Manager UK will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing the NewPower Trucks brand across the UK.Key Responsibilities· Execute the sales strategy to achieve business targets· Identify and pursue new business opportunities· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders· Present to small and large groups, including internal and external stakeholders· Provide regular updates and insights to line manager and wider business as required· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery· Travel extensively across the UK to meet clients and attend business meetingsEssential CriteriaEducation & ExperienceQualification in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline ORMinimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, with at least 3 years in direct salesSkills & KnowledgeProven track record in commercial sales and business developmentStrong technical knowledge relevant to our industryExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAnalytical and commercially minded in decision-makingStrong negotiation skillsAdditional RequirementsHighly driven and ambitiousWilling to work flexible hours to meet customer needsFull UK Driving LicenseAble to travel extensively across the UKDesirable but not Required CriteriaExperience in a similar industryValid HGV licence
