This role is hands-on and detail-focused — you’ll ensure everything on our Shopify site is accurate, up to date, and optimized for performance, while continuously improving the customer shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day management of the website (Shopify experience required)Add, update, and optimize Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO, images).Collaborate with creative team to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are executed on-siteMonitor stock levels, flag potential out-of-stock issues, and coordinate with suppliersManage merchandising strategy across categories, ensuring products are organized, easy to find, and highlighted appropriatelyMonitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, page speed, etc.) and recommend optimizationsCollaborate with marketing team (email, SMS, UGC) to align campaigns with site initiativesTroubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers or platform support as neededStay current on e-commerce best practices and trends in UX, mobile optimization, and merchandisingAbout You1–3 years e-commerce website management experience or a related role (Shopify required)Strong eye for detail with a focus on user experience and site performanceComfortable using tools for analytics, testing, and SEO (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar)Organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skillsDemonstrable experience of managing an e-commerce teamNice to Have(s)Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshootingDesign experienceWhat’s On OfferCompetitive Compensation – We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talentImpact & Ownership – The chance to take full ownership of the store, see your ideas come to life, and make a measurable impact on a fast-growing brand 8-figure brandGrowth & Development – Ongoing opportunities to learn, expand your skills, and grow with the company (CRO, SEO, Merchandising, Operations…)Flexible PTO – Paid time off to recharge, plus recognition for key holidays and personal days
