CRM Manager– Online Gaming & Sports BettingUp to £50,000Fully remoteWe are seeking a proactive and driven CRM Manager to join a fast-growing international online gaming and sports betting company. Operating across multiple markets, with a strong footprint in the UK and Mexico, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to the CEO.You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing customer engagement strategies, delivering tailored lifecycle communications via email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. Responsibilities include campaign management, customer segmentation, and real-time engagement, as well as monitoring KPIs to optimise performance.
