Sales Support Representative

On behalf of our client, a global manufacturing organisation, we are recruiting for a Sales Support Associate who will be responsible for supporting their Business Development Managers and ensuring smooth order journeys from lead to contract.You’ll be based at their Burgess Hill office, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.This is a chance to join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development!What you’ll be doing:Acting as the backbone of the sales team by managing quotes, contracts, and customer queries.Building lasting customer relationships with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.Ensuring seamless order processing and CRM accuracy.Analysing trends, forecasts, and customer behaviour to support strategic decisions.Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery and first-class service.What we’re looking for:Experience within customer service or sales support.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a confident, professional style.A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to juggle priorities under deadlines.Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.A great benefits package is on offer including a competitive annual salary, discretionary bonus, an early finish on a Friday, pension scheme and private medical insurance!
