You will be responsible for window installations, instore visuals and maintaining the Hawes & Curtis brand ethos.Key Responsibilities:Assist in setting up window and in-store displays according to company guidelinesSupport in planning and executing seasonal, promotional, and product launchesAdapting to suit individual store layout and stocks packageMaintain visual standards daily to ensure displays remain tidy, appealing, and aligned with brand expectationsHelp with floor moves, mannequin styling, signage, and product placementMonitor stock levels on displays, replenishing and adjusting where necessaryCommunicate with store and head office teams to ensure brand consistencyConduct competitor and trend research to support visual improvementsProvide feedback to senior merchandisers on customer reactions to displaysAssist with merchandising reports, photos, and documentation for head officeA suitable candidate must have:A minimum of 1 years’ experience in this role, or a related roleA Strong eye for detail, colour, and designA creative mind combined with commercial awarenessBasic knowledge of fashion, retail, or interior design principlesThe ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt them to different store layoutsExcellent organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesFlexibility to travel to other stores (when required) within the UKFlexibility to (occasionally) work overnight/early mornings for window installations to suit the business’ needs
