Residential Property Manager

A well-established, family-owned property management company based North London is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their tight-knit, busy team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, experience in managing their own portfolio and possess strong IT skills.This is a full time, fully office-based role.Key responsibilities:Management of a high-end residential property portfolioProperty maintenance managementLiaising with tenants, landlords and contractorsOrganising, managing and overseeing refurbishment worksHandling property insurance detailsRaising rental invoices and chasing rent arrearsManaging insurance details.Maintaining an updated property fileUse of MS Packages / PropMan or similar softwareSkills Required:3-4 years’ experience in residential property managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong IT skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager seeking a full-time position within a friendly and well-established property management company.
