Were on the lookout for a creative content expert whos ready to bring their passion, drive, and fresh ideas to a team thats already excellingand take our social media marketing to the next level.SalaryThe on-target earning potential for this role is 34,220.80 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of 32,640.00 plus a qualified estimate of 1,580.80 gratuities per annum.About the roleAs a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, your key responsibilities are: Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement and sales Responsible for managing, creating and scheduling all content on social media channels including Insta, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn Manage the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels is tied in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates and digital campaigns Manage The Belfrys photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual identity of the brand represents the Resorts aspirations across social, website and emails Liaising with other departments to create an engaging social media content that touches all areas of the resort Collaborating with design team when necessary to provide attractive and engaging campaigns Working with the PR Team to create news stories and blog content Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all relevant channels Keeping up with trends and technologies Identify relevant influencers on social media and ensure collaborations are manged with the PR team Monitoring and responding to guest feedback, comments and social media posts Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing team to support the overall business needsAbout youThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience of planning and creating digital content for a range of audiences. Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
