This role is pivotal in taking products from concept to clinical deployment - directly impacting millions of patients and clinicians around the world.You’ll collaborate with world-class clinicians, AI scientists, and engineers to shape how healthcare operates in the age of intelligent systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap for core AI platform capabilities and clinical features.Partner with clinicians, data scientists, and regulatory experts to ensure compliance with MDR/FDA and GDPR/HIPAA standards.Lead initiatives that enhance performance metrics such as adoption, engagement, and quality (precision/recall, OSCE pass rates).Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into actionable product plans.Drive data-informed experimentation to continuously optimize outcomes.Balance innovation with safety, ethics, and compliance across all product decisions.About You10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare or healthtech.Track record scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms in fast-moving environments.Deep collaboration experience across engineering, AI, and clinical teams.Evidence of driving measurable product impact - adoption, retention, or clinical performance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with AI-driven products (LLMs, cognitive architectures, decision-support systems).Nice to have: experience with medical device standards (ISO13485, ISO14971), EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner), or direct clinical experience.Why JoinShape the future of AI in healthcare and solve one of the world’s most critical challenges.Join a globally distributed team of elite clinicians, AI scientists, and engineers.Competitive compensation with equity potential.A mission-driven, low-ego culture that prizes ownership, curiosity, and impact.
