They are now seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department within one of their key dealerships. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, energetic leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.The RoleAs Aftersales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the Service Department, ensuring volume and profit targets are consistently achieved. You will proactively seek ways to innovate, enhance productivity, and improve customer and employee experience.Working closely with your team, you will review performance regularly, identify development opportunities, and implement strategies to drive results.
