An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ to Grade C level or equivalent) to join a well-established, forward-thinking legal practice, for their Leeds based team - please note this role can be offered on a fully remote contract, but you will be required to attend the Leeds/Northern office once a month. The RoleThe successful candidate will join a highly respected Clinical Negligence department, known for delivering outstanding results across a varied and complex caseload. The team includes nationally accredited specialists, and the work spans all stages of litigation – both pre- and post-issue.As a Grade C Solicitor, you will provide essential support to senior lawyers while managing your own caseload under supervision. You will be involved in the full litigation process, including drafting legal documentation, advising clients, negotiating settlements, and handling procedural aspects of litigation.The position also includes mentoring more junior colleagues and playing an active role in the development of the team.
