Junior Corporate Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Belfast for a Junior Lawyer to join their Corporate team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a leading Corporate team, advising local and international clients on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions. Some of this work will include M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations. The Junior lawyer will work closely with an experienced corporate team, providing commercial advice to various clients. This role offers exposure to high-quality transactional work, in an environment where training and mentorship is highly valued.
