Interim Legal Counsel- Procurement

We are working with a FTSE 100 company seeking a qualified solicitor to join the procurement legal team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with procurement and commercial stakeholders, advising on high-value supplier contracts and ensuring legal and commercial best practice across the supply chain.Location: Remote, with occasional travelRate: £300–£350 per day (PAYE)Contract: 3 months (with potential to extend)You must be immediately availableKey Responsibilities:Provide legal support on a range of procurement and supplier contracts, including goods, services, logistics, and technology.Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations across procurement activities.Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and procurement agreements.Identify legal risks in supply chain arrangements and recommend practical, commercial solutions.Work closely with procurement, commercial, and operational teams across the business.Requirements:Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate.Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in procurement and commercial contracts.Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics and contractual risk.Able to work independently and communicate legal advice clearly to non-legal stakeholders.Immediately available to startTo register an interest, please send through your updated CV to kwilliams@Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
