We are working with a highly regarded national law firm who are looking for an Associate to join their Banking & Finance team within their Belfast office. The Role:The successful candidate will join an experienced and dedicated team of professionals, advising a diverse range of clients on banking and finance matters. Our client's Banking and Finance team advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.The candidate will play a key role in advising market-leading clients on matters ranging from real estate finance, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents and working for borrowers and lenders on back-to-back arrangements and any other matters relating to live lending transactions. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
