This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality property finance work and progress your legal career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing: ✅ Supporting lawyers on high-volume real estate finance transactions ✅ Drafting finance/security documents and managing completions ✅ Liaising with clients, lenders, and the Land Registry ✅ Handling property searches, filings, and post-completion matters ✅ Preparing lease reports and documents for signature (DocuSign)What we’re looking for:12+ months’ experience in property/real estate within legal or professional services2:1 degree minimum + LPC completedStrong MS Word/Excel skills (DocuSign essential)Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skillsA proactive team player who thrives in a busy environmentWhy apply?
