Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to customers, and maintaining IT systems and hardware. Additional duties involve training end-users, supporting software and hardware implementation, and ensuring IT systems function optimally across client businesses.QualificationsProven experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to effectively diagnose and resolve IT-related issues.Strong background in Information Technology, including knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance.Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach to communication and problem-solving.Experience or ability to provide effective end-user Training on various IT systems and tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent credentials) and prior experience in the IT field are highly valued.
