Location: UK Wide – Remote/Home-Based (occasional visits to client sites)Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hrs per weekPackage Includes:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year to a maximum of 28 daysFully paid day off for your birthdayFlexible start and finish timesInclusive healthcare benefitsCompany pensionJob PurposeWe’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Client Solutions Specialist to lead the growth and promotion of apprenticeship programmes. This strategic role is focused on driving pipeline development, increasing market awareness, and building strong relationships with partners and clients across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure apprenticeship programmes are employer-led and meet stakeholder needsSupport planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of apprenticeship programmesManage and grow partner relationships through effective account managementSegment customer base to identify targets and tailor strategiesExpand partner network and engagementRepresent the organisation at industry events, webinars, and conferencesContribute to a clear sales strategy and identify new business opportunitiesDemonstrate the value of apprenticeships in helping clients achieve their goalsProduce high-quality proposals and bid responsesNegotiate client contracts in collaboration with internal teamsMaintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot)Follow up on all marketing campaign leadsAttract candidates through advertising and monitor campaign effectivenessEnsure effective selection methods with high applicant success ratesCommunicate with internal delivery teams and external stakeholdersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship systems, legislation, and regulationsPerform other duties as reasonably instructedExperience, Knowledge & SkillsExperience in apprenticeships, work-based learning, or related programmesStrong understanding of the Apprenticeship LevyProven account management experience and CRM proficiencyExperience working with employers on skills projects and in client-facing rolesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersFamiliarity with OFSTED requirementsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsComfortable engaging with professionals across industries, including constructionAwareness of industry trends and cultural diversityExcellent communication and facilitation skillsQualifications & TrainingExperience managing apprenticeship/training schemes and implementing new standardsKnowledge of training methodology: Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, EvaluationAbout the Apprenticeship DivisionOur mission is to help people and organisations thrive through impactful learning and development solutions.
